This system of solar water heater relies on a natural Principal - "Thermosiphon". In these systems the storage cylinder is always located higher than the collector. As the sun's rays hit the all-glass evacuated solar collector tubular, the temperature of the water in the collector rises making it less dense or lighter. This hot and lighter water naturally moves to the top of collector and via the evacuated collector tube work to the storage cylinder. This makes the water colder and heavier and moves to the bottom of the collector. This continuous displacement occurs naturally. And it is often referred to "Passive" or "Thermosiphon" System.
This system of solar water heater is an "Open Circuit" non-pressure system. By the air vent valve on the top of the storage cylinder and the over flow pipe in the bottom it maintains open to the air.
This system uses good quality of boron silicon all-glass evacuated tubes with selective coating Al-N/Al as collector, which the heat efficiency is very high; inner tank of stainless steel SUS 304 or SUS 316 by high-frequency ring welding or argon arc welding, which is very durable; high density of CFC free polyurethane integral foam made in high pressure and constant temperature condition, which insulation performance is better than normal.
All the storage cylinders should be tested before leaving our factory. The tested pressure of this series is 0.05MPa (0.5bar) and the operation pressure should be 0MPa (0bar). The daily efficiency is over or equal to 55% normally and in winter it is over or equal to 42%.
F8 or F6 series of Intelligent Controller can be chosen for this system to ensure automatic water supply by electromagnetic valve and hot water in all year round by electric boosting. For saving the cost Gravity Feed Tank and DI series of Backup Heating Element can be used to realize auto water inlet and manual heating by electric boosting.
